1. BUT FIRST, GET YOUR MORNING FIX AT ONE OF BONDI’S BEST.

Open from 6am, The Depot in North Bondi is your AM savior because sometimes all you need is a damn good coffee and some sunshine.

2. CATCH A WAVE

If you’re heading to Bondi there’s a chance your either a local, a surfer, visitor or a tourist. If you have your own board perfect and if not, grab one of the share boards from the rails at North Bondi and paddle out.

3. EXPLORE THE BONDI MARKETS

Gates open every Saturday and Sunday for two of the best markets in Sydney. Saturday is for freshly farmed produce and gourmet eats. Sunday is for hand made jewellery and threads, local artists and creatives and of course some of the yummiest lunch stalls.

See Bondi Farmers Market for the full experience guide.

4. GRAB A DELICIOUS LUNCH DOWN HALL STREET.

Bondi’s lively Hall Street got them options. But two of our favorite’s have to be Banana Blossom and Cali Press which are ironically next door to each other on the corner of Hall and Jaques Ave. We visit Banana Blossom for our go to Asian salad bowls then grab a cold pressed juice from Cali Press and continue our walk up Hall for the best Gelati in Sydney. BIG CALL, we know.

5. TASTE THE BEST TIRAMISU GELATI IN SYDNEY.

With confirmation that this particular flavour is the owners favourite, we have to let you know about it! Messina’s Tiramisu Gelati is to die for. With the perfect combination of moist Italian biscotti, espresso and cold cream you simply can’t leave Sydney without trying it. We give you our word!

6. IF YOU SKATE, SHOW YOUR SKILLS AT BONDI SKATE PARK.

The unique bowls attract not only locals but also international skaters. Located just meters away from the sand and crashing waves, we don’t know of many other skate rinks with this prime spot. Its definitely not a site to miss.

7. TAKE A STROLL AND ADMIRE THE EVER CHANGING BONDI GRAFFITI WALL.

An open air slideshow from some of best Australian and International artists! The 1km wall showcases a mixture of street and contemporary art along with some strong political messages.

8. VISIT THE FAMOUS BONDI ICEBERGS.

Whether it’s stopping past to view, perhaps the clearest ocean pool in Sydney or actually visiting the club for a swim, food or drink – Icebergs is an iconic spot in Bondi.

9. ENJOY THE VIEWS ALONG THE BONDI TO BRONTE COASTAL WALK.

Connecting some of the wildest coastal views and stunning beaches in Sydney, this short walk is popular for good reason. Passing Mackenzie’s Bay and our personal fav, Tamarama Beach, the walk is 1.5km and approximately 45mins.

See Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk for the full experience guide.

10. TAKE A DIP IN THE SWEET BRONTE BATHS.

A perfect place to take a dip and cool off in summer. Two pools hug the south end of the beach, the one closest to the shore is more of a carved ocean pool for kids and teens and the one above is more man made looking and for adults and lap swimmers.

See Bronte Baths for the full experience guide.

11. TRY A LOCAL CATCH FISH AND CHIP DINNER.

You can’t come to the beach without getting fish and chips. Theres lots of options if you prefer to done or takeaway but we suggest you save this meal for the end of the day then head to the Grassy Knoll to enjoy.

12. CATCH THE LAST POCKET OF SUN AT THE GRASSY KNOLL

Located in North Bondi, this is quite the popular patch of grass. Whether it’s to watch the sunset with some sneaky BYO’s or kickback with a good book and some rays, The Grassy Knoll never fails on the good vibes.

See The Grassy Knoll for the full sunset experience guide.
