COME SEE CARRIAGEWORKS FARMERS MARKETS, SYDNEY.
|BEST TIME TO VISIT|
Spring – Autumn
Every Saturday 8am – 1pm Carriageworks holds a farmer’s market showing locally sourced foods, drinks, flowers and a whole lotta deliciousness!
The parking is actually not too bad around Carriageworks but you can also train it in to be sure. We arrived around 10am and were already keen for lunch. Fresh produce, pastries, coffee, juices, crepes, homemade crumpets, pies, burgers – just to name a few goodies you’ll find at these markets.
The last time we visited we tried a yummy beef burger and now this time we had a vegan lunch. Suzy Spoons, located in Newtown, brought the goods with a “mince” and cheese pie. It was scrumptious. We also got some vegan sausages with polenta, sun dried tomato and basil to cook up for dinner, they were a trrrreat!
If your around the area on Saturdays or would venture to enjoy this place, we recommend stopping through for a lovely spring brunch/lunch.
