THE EXPERIENCE
Wattamola beach is an iconic destination in the Royal National Park. Located in the heart of the park and flooded with tourists in the summer months, Wottamola beach is one beautiful spot.
We parked in the picnic area and walked over to the left to admire the small waterfall. Down to the right of the picnic area is where the entrance down to the beach is. What a sight for sore eyes. That soft golden sand is what we’re alllll about! When you come down the stay there’s a bunch of rock formations that are sure to catch your eye.
We decided to take a stroll down to the Providential Point look out which was 500m from the toilet blocks just up from the beach. The walk was short and sweet, showcasing the clear blue ocean and beautiful surrounding cliffs. Windy yes, beautiful? YES.
